The drugs were found when Phillipsburg officers carried out a search warrant, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer said.
Jeffrey Wolfe, 36, was charged with two counts of heroin possession, two counts of distribution, three counts of possession with the intent to distribute heroin and distribution of methamphetamine — all third-degree charges, police said.
Joshua Rivera, 36, was charged with third-degree possession of methamphetamine.
Third-degree offenses are punishable by up to five years in prison and/or a fine of $35,000 for possession and $75,000 for distribution.
Washington Township Police, NJSP, Hackettstown Police and the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Unit also assisted with the six-week investigation.
